rope slams x 20-22-24...

  - when work time exceeds 45 seconds, rest one interval, and reset*

    *at each reset, deadlift decreases by one rep, rope slams increase by two

      ex. 5/20-5/22-5/24...; 4/22-4/24-4/26...; 3/24-3/26-3/28...
